Summary: Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm that helps global organizations achieve financial clarity and operational efficiency. They are seeking a Data Solutions Consultant to join their Data and Analytics team, responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing modern analytic solutions in collaboration with client partners. Responsibilities: - Participate in the Data engineering lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, test, deployment, and maintenance - Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives - Build proof of concepts for a modern analytics stack supporting a variety of Cloud-based Business Systems for potential clients - Successfully work with Integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Boomi, Informatica, Talend, Salesforce APIs and other similar ETL tools - Seamlessly work with analytic technologies such as Tableau, DataIku, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, Qlik, Looker and other similar analytic tools - Work with cloud enabled data repositories such as Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and/or Amazon Web Services Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of consulting experience working on project-based delivery using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Agile/Kanban/DevOps Delivery - Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata etc - Experience creating functional test cases and supporting user acceptance testing - 1+ years of experience writing Business requirements, Use cases and/or user stories, preferably for data warehouse or data mart initiatives - 1+ years of Business Data Analyst experience - Hands-on experience with data analysis / profiling - 1+ years of SQL development, advanced analytic functions preferred - Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications: - SnowPro certification - Experience developing in Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP or similar cloud data platform - Experience with modern tech stack tools such as Jenkins, Kafka, Messaging, Kubernetes - Understanding of data architecture, data modeling, statistics, data science and data infrastructure ecosystems Required Skills: Data engineering lifecycle, Integration technologies, Analytic technologies, Cloud data repositories Important Skills: SQL development, Relational databases, Business Data Analyst Nice-to-Have Skills: SnowPro certification, Data analysis, Data architecture Benefits: Generous time off, Paid holidays, Paid parental leave, A 401(k) with company match, Highly subsidized health, dental, and vision plans, Company-paid life and disability insurance, A monthly allowance for well-being and technology expenses, Reimbursement for approved learning and development initiatives within defined limits
