At our firm, we believe success starts with people – the relationships we build, the conversations we have, and the results we achieve together. We are a performance-driven organization that thrives on collaboration, continuous growth, and creating meaningful impact. If you are ambitious, motivated, and ready to grow your career, this is where it begins.

We are seeking energetic and goal-focused individuals to join us as Internet Sales Associates. In this role, you will be at the center of our sales efforts, engaging directly with the customer base, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that make sense for them. Every interaction is an opportunity to sharpen your skills, contribute to team success, and set yourself on a path toward leadership.

Please note: this is not a remote role, daily attendance at our office is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with customers not through screens, but in real conversations that make an impact.
• Present a variety of products such as smart home integrations, Wi-Fi solutions and smart routers, TV & streaming packages, unlimited, prepaid, and international wireless plans and other advanced calling features, and other smart solutions for everyday life.
• Tailor each solution to what people truly need and build trust and rapport.
• Take ownership of your results, from first introductions to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with a sharp, motivated team that celebrates wins and pushes each other forward.
• Track progress, follow up diligently, and keep yourself accountable to goals that matter.
• Learn the fundamentals of professional sales, communication, and leadership – skills you’ll use for life.

What You’ll Gain:

• A stable, full-time schedule with an opportunity to work on weekends.
• Uncapped earning potential with competitive pay and performance bonuses - the harder you work, the more you make.
• Coaching and mentorship from leaders who started in your shoes and know what it takes to advance.
• A winning culture that values ambition, positivity, and drive as much as results.
• Skills that stick – communication, negotiation, problem-solving – the building blocks of any successful career.

Who You Are:

• Someone who loves connecting with people and thrives in high-energy environments.
• A confident communicator who can listen, adapt, and make others feel at ease.
• Driven, resilient, and motivated by goals (and by crushing them).
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required – we’ll train the right person.

This isn’t just another entry-level job. It’s the opportunity to prove what you’re capable of, to learn skills that last a lifetime, and to be part of a team where success is shared and celebrated.
