About the Role

Join the Sparkle Squad this holiday season! We’re looking for hardworking, safety-minded team members to help us install beautiful, professional holiday lighting displays for homes and businesses across North Texas.

Our installers make the magic happen — transforming properties with custom LED designs, roofline lights, wreaths, garlands, and tree wraps. You’ll work outdoors, on ladders and lifts, and as part of a team that takes pride in creating something special for every client.

This is a seasonal role (October through early January) with the potential for ongoing work in window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance after the season ends.

What You’ll Do

• Safely install, maintain, and remove professional-grade LED holiday lighting and décor
• Use ladders, roof harnesses, lifts, and other equipment to complete installations
• Work with team leads to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
• Troubleshoot and replace bulbs, clips, and connectors as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude with customers
• Assist in warehouse prep, inventory organization, and material loading/unloading

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or roofs
• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Team-player attitude — safety and communication are key
• Experience in holiday lighting, roofing, landscaping, handyman work, or exterior cleaning is a plus

Perks

• Paid training and advancement opportunities
• Performance bonuses and overtime available
• Fun, fast-paced team environment
• Opportunity to continue year-round with Sparkle Squad in window cleaning and soft washing

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Sparkle Squad is growing and looking for positive people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team!

Our professional team cleans more than hundreds of residential homes and dozens of commercial properties each year. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company.
