Transform one of the UK's most significant infrastructure investment programmes.

Few transformation opportunities offer the chance to influence the future of an essential public service at this scale.

Southern Water is embarking on an ambitious period of change and investment. As we continue to modernise our business and deliver a substantial capital programme, we are seeking an exceptional transformation leader who can help shape the future of how major projects are delivered across our organisation.

This is not simply a programme leadership role.

It is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, build organisational capability and create the conditions for successful delivery of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure investment portfolios.

Success in this role will be measured not only through project delivery but through the lasting improvements you embed across the organisation.

Experience within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, transportation or similarly complex environments will be highly valued.

Why Southern Water?

This is an opportunity to join an organisation with a clear sense of purpose and an ambitious vision for the future.

You'll be part of a leadership team committed to driving meaningful change, delivering critical investment and creating a more resilient, sustainable future for customers and communities across the South East.

If you are motivated by solving complex challenges, influencing at scale and leaving a lasting legacy, we'd love to hear from you.
