Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory
- Coordinate closely with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery (P&D), and service departments
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Assign tasks to team members as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Promote teamwork and maintain clear communication with coworkers
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Skills, Education & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and work with a team
- Tire or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed)
