Sales Manager at Southern National Roofing in Columbia, SC

Sales Manager

$180K - $250K Total Compensation | Selling Sales Manager

Earn the team by running the process.

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Selling Sales Manager in Columbia, MD. Here is how it works. You come to training and learn our process. You run leads for 30 days and close on your own. Then you step into leadership with a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers.

We don't promote talkers. We promote people who have proven the process works in their own hands.

Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, no self-generating leads.

What You Can Earn

• Total Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000
• Commission on your own closes from your first appointment
• Leadership pay tied to your team's production once you lead
• Medical insurance
• Paid training from week one

How You Get There
Paid Training. Two weeks in Charlotte, NC with our dedicated training department. You learn the same step-by-step process every rep learns: what to say, how to say it, and what comes next.

30 Days in the Field. You run 1pm and 6pm appointments, pre-qualified and confirmed. Inspect the roof, present the solution and the financing, and close on the first visit.

Leadership. You take over a team of 6 to 12 reps. Their numbers become your numbers.

Why We Do It This Way
A manager who has never run the process can only repeat it. A manager who has closed with it can teach it. When you tell a rep how to handle a homeowner, they will know you have been in that exact living room. That is how every leader at SNR earned the job.

What You Will Do as a Leader

• Attend daily leadership meetings
• Lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers
• Coach from real call reviews, not once-a-year role play
• Run team meetings and ride along in the field
• Hold every rep to the process, exactly as taught
• Build closers who can one day lead teams of their own

Who Wins Here
You have closed in the home or sold high-ticket face to face, and your numbers back it up. Past leadership experience helps, but it is not required.

Some of the best managers are top closers who never had a team. Some are experienced managers who have never run a process this tight. Both can win here. What they have in common is that they learned it before they tried to teach it.

The Real Schedule
During your 30 days in the field, appointments run at 1pm and 6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am and 2pm on Saturday. As a leader, your week runs around daily leadership meetings, team meetings, and your reps' appointments.

This is a six-day week with evenings. The 6pm slot is where the money is, for you and your team.
