Essential Functions
Perform duties associated with policy and billing systems.
Act quickly in response to customer requests for quotes, payment processing, problems, takes ownership and sees them through to satisfactory conclusion.
Contribute fully to an effective team environment; demonstrate willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals.
Provides quality customer service by communicating and processing transactions by phone, e-mail, and chat; logs all interactions via phone, email, and chat into a software application to ensure a detailed interaction history for each interaction.
Assist in training new team members when and where necessary.
Process transactions on multiple lines of business.
