Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Paid training & career growth opportunities Employee discounts on vehicles, services, and more A positive, team-oriented work environment RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Performs work specified on a repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Requirements Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Service department Experience with Hyundai or KIA preferred Completion of Kia’s Web-Based Training (WBT) courses Valid ASE Certifications - required EPA 609 Certification for A/C repairs is preferred but not required. Advanced hands-on training and diagnostic skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record State Licensing
