Job Description

Summary: Sound Credit Union is a Washington-based credit union serving members, employees, and communities through its network of branches. The Teller / Member Service Representative will assist members with financial transactions and inquiries, provide account and loan information, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional member service.

Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact, you will assist our members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service

Required Qualifications:
- One-year experience in a customer service position required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be bondable
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available

Preferred Qualifications:
- Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred
