Fund Accountant

Summary: Soros Fund Management LLC is a global asset manager and family office dedicated to advancing justice, human rights, and democracy. The Fund Accountant role involves reviewing NAV schedules, preparing reports, and overseeing private investment services, while also identifying areas for process improvement and assisting in technology implementations. Responsibilities: - Reviewing NAV schedules - Preparing regulatory and board reports - Overseeing private investment services performed by the firm’s third-party administrator: private equity trade activity, pricing of fund investments, and instruction of wire payments - Proactively analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement - Assist with technology implementations to drive efficiency and automation Required Qualifications: - 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial industry - Strong communication and organization skills - Proactively identify and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in accounting, administration and financial reporting for investment funds - CPA qualifications are strongly desired Required Skills: Financial industry experience, Accounting for investment funds, Financial reporting for investment funds, Private equity trade activity, NAV calculation, Process analysis, Technology implementation, CPA qualification, Independence Benefits: Discretionary year-end bonus
