Job Description:-

Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Technical Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Experience in Oracle CRM/Services, Service Contracts, Install Base & CRM Foundation:
At least 7 years of experience with functional and technical expertise in the above modules with at least 1 or more Oracle eBS CRM Implementation experience.
Should have hands on working experience on the modules
Should have in depth functional & process knowledge in CRM processes
Should be able to handle the customers independently and recommend the solutions based on the business needs
Experience working with integrations of the above modules with other custom apps would be a plus
Should be hands-on and also be open to take on leadership and project lead responsibilities.
Must have experience on working in a global delivery model, working with offshore teams.
Should be proficient with conducting requirement gathering workshops, performing requirements analysis, technical feasibility and developing detailed, clear and precise functional and technical documentation.
Experience working with globally diverse business teams on a single project is a huge plus.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
