Job Description

Mandatory Skills: • Hands-on experience in HP Exstream Dialogue Tool version 7 and above. • Able to design & Develop simple to complex document in Dialogue both in High Volume & On-Demand Application. • Should have strong knowledge around Dialogue Data Mapping, Page Designs, Output Queues, Flow Tables, Barcodes, campaigns & Messages & Advanced concepts • Dynamic Import of Resources into Document. • Should be able to create documents in multiple languages • Dialogue Engine Processing through mainframe, Unix Engine Switches, Connectors & Application packaging • Should be aware of building the Database for HP Exstream. • Strong in Architecture and Design of CCM systems. • Experience on Enterprise system integrations & Enterprise content Management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
