Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years working in support or ETL related roleMust have 2+ years recent experience with SQL (must have strong experience writing complex queries)Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ExcelStrong data management and analysis skills2+ years recent experience technical business requirement gathering/data analysisStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionStrong facilitation skillsKnowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and WaterfallExtreme attention to detail Experience within a customer or technical support environmentExemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation Advanced judgment and problem solving skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environmentProven data driven decision-making skills
