What You'll Do
As a member of our care team, you'll help residents maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, medications, treatments and other care as directed
- Encouraging residents to do as much for themselves as possible while providing support when needed
- Escorting residents throughout the community and outside as needed
- Assisting with meal setup, service and cleanup
- Supporting resident activities and programs
- Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
- Treating every resident with dignity, respect and kindness
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in nursing, senior living, home health or a similar setting preferred
- A compassionate heart and desire to help others
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Commitment to treating every resident with dignity and respect
