What You'll Do

As a member of our care team, you'll help residents maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, medications, treatments and other care as directed
• Encouraging residents to do as much for themselves as possible while providing support when needed
• Escorting residents throughout the community and outside as needed
• Assisting with meal setup, service and cleanup
• Supporting resident activities and programs
• Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
• Treating every resident with dignity, respect and kindness

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in nursing, senior living, home health or a similar setting preferred
• A compassionate heart and desire to help others
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Commitment to treating every resident with dignity and respect
