Senior BMS Fixed term contract for maternity leave cover
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior BMS to cover maternity lave in our Cervical Screening Department in Central London.
Our laboratory is based in The Halo buildign which is located close to St Pancras and Euston Mainlline stations.
We are looking ofr an enthusiastic forward thinking professional to support the existing team of Senior BMS's during a period of exciting and dynamic changes within the service.
As the single provider for NHS Cervical Screening Service (hr HPV and cervical cytology) in the London Reguion we process in the region of 650,000 tests per annum, in addition to providing a service to a number of indepandant clients.
The succesful candidate will support the Service Lead in delivering a high quality service, meeting contractural perfromance indicators and management of staff and facilities in line wit HSL policies and procedures.
In addition they will support the Quality Manager in the administration, monitoring and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout CSL, and will be expected to represent the department and business at internal and external meetings with a variety of stakholders.
The ability to communicate in an appropriate format with a variety of stake holders is essential.
The successful candidate will also be a team player who is able to work autonomously to build internal and external relationships as required, and a desire to motivates an inspire others to perfrorm at their highest level.
Please note this is a 5 month fixed term contract.
