About the role
**Job Title:** Laboratory Services - Project Coordinator
**Location:** Elstree Warehouse, Hertfordshire
**Salary range:** Up to £38,000 DOE

**About the role: **
As a Laboratory Services Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager with the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Project Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Communication: Facilitate open and effective communication with project team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address project issues and risks, proposing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a project support or administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a 12-month fixed term, full time post (40 hours per week).
