Summary: SOL Mental Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health practice focused on expanding access to mental health care. The Provider Relationship Manager will develop and expand referral partnerships with healthcare providers, utilizing a strategic outreach approach to drive patient access to care. Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, medical practices, and health systems across your territory - Conduct consistent in-person meetings to educate partners on SOL services and referral processes - Activate new referral partnerships and support integration into partner workflows - Maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and opportunities using Salesforce - Track referral trends and territory performance to prioritize outreach - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partnership processes and referral experience Required Qualifications: - 1-5 years of inside or outside sales experience - Comfortable working in a field-based role 4-5 days per week - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - Self-motivated with the ability to own and grow a territory independently - Comfortable learning new systems (Salesforce, Salesforce Maps, Data Tools), processes, and clinical workflows - Interest in healthcare and improving access to mental health services - Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management - Consultative, problem-solving sales approach Preferred Qualifications: - 1-3 years of inside or outside sales experience (healthcare or provider-facing sales preferred) Required Skills: Sales experience, Salesforce, Relationship building Important Skills: Healthcare knowledge, Consultative sales approach Nice-to-Have Skills: Data tools, Communication skills, Self-motivated, Problem-solving
