Job Description
Trevi SpA is looking for a Site Engineer in Rome
Activities:
- Collaborate in coordinating the activities of operational teams
- Support the Site Manager in ensuring the correct application of current safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor the routine and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, reporting any damages
- Collaborate in coordinating the activities of operational teams
- Prepare the daily production report
- Monitor the routine and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, reporting any damages
- Monitor project progress and perform variance analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare progress reports and schedule‑related documentation.
- Use scheduling tools to plan and control project timelines.
- Plan site activities in relation to costs and work packages, ensuring schedule–budget alignment.
- Coordinate with site production teams, administrative services, and the Client.
- Identify and manage schedule interferences, updating the program when delays or changes arise.
- Develop economic and financial forecasts linked to project scheduling.
- Prepare SIL project documentation.
- Support the daily production reporting
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialization is a plus)
- Knowledge of technologies and work processes in the field of soil consolidation and foundation works
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
- Knowledge of environmental regulations
- Knowledge of relevant professional software/applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Project, Primavera P6)
- Geotechnical knowledge
The salary range for this position is between €30,000 and €45,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Construction Industry (CCNL Edile Industria). Board and accommodation are provided for candidates working away from their home location.
