We are seeking an Access Management Analyst to join our IT and Information Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the user access lifecycle across business-critical applications and platforms, ensuring users have the appropriate access while maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Manage user provisioning, modifications, and access revocations across multiple systems and applications.
• Review and process access requests, ensuring proper approvals and compliance with security policies.
• Support users with authentication, password, account access, and permission-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and evidence to support compliance requirements.
• Monitor and resolve tickets within SLA targets while identifying opportunities to improve and automate access management processes.

• Experience in Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Service Desk, IT Support, or User Administration environments.
• Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar identity management platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL-based processes.
• Understanding of information security principles, including least privilege, access governance, and segregation of duties.
