It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events. Position – how you’ll contribute Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android or iOS using Native technologies. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders on requirements review, suggest solutions and estimate efforts to build user-friendly applications Ensure that the mobile applications are user friendly, efficient, and adaptive to different screen sizes and device models Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement app monitoring and analytics Implement app localisation in multiple languages Update internal knowledge base and operational documentation qualifications Expectations – the experience you need 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin. Knowledge of SCRUM processes. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of cross-platform languages such as REACT Native and Expo preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in English-speaking environments (minimum B2+ level).
