To strengthen our After Sales & Service organization in Belgium, we are looking for a Planning Officer to coordinate field service activities and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Your mission
Reporting to the Service Manager, you play a key role in the efficient coordination of our service operations. You ensure optimal planning of field technicians, support customers throughout the service process, and contribute to the smooth execution of commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.
Your responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field service technicians across Belgium.
- Plan commissioning activities, preventive maintenance visits and replacement operations.
- Coordinate service interventions with customers, internal sales teams and customer service.
- Monitor service deadlines and ensure efficient follow-up of planned activities.
- Ensure high-quality customer communication throughout the service process.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Maintain accurate planning and service-related data within company systems.
Your profile Qualifications Education in administration, logistics, planning, customer service or a related field. Previous experience in service coordination, customer support, planning or scheduling activities. Experience handling customer requests by telephone. Good command of Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with ERP systems is considered a strong advantage.
Languages Fluent French Fluent Dutch (Flemish) Good working knowledge of English
