HR Generalist at SOCAT INC. in Milpitas, CA

Work arrangement: On-site, with some flexibility in scheduling

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR Generalist to support payroll coordination and reporting across our regional teams. You’ll work closely with payroll processors, HR colleagues in India, and our Accounting Manager to help keep payroll accurate and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional payroll processors, provide required reports, and perform a final review of payroll information.
• Work with the India HR team once a month on payroll.
• Prepare and share payroll and other reports with the Accounting Manager.
• Support related HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll coordination and reporting.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, especially its payroll module, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and payroll information with discretion.

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
