They are seeking a motivated intern to support and maintain audio-visual and collaboration technology, leveraging AI tools to enhance processes and workflows. Responsibilities: - Assist in the support and maintenance of Snowflake’s Audio/Video tools—both physical hardware and software/SaaS - Build workflows, automations, dashboards, and more using the latest AI tools - Perform software updates, hardware refreshes, and advanced maintenance of AV systems - Provide support for company events, including company all hands and executive meetings - Assist in the evaluation of new technology and proof-of-concepts Required Qualifications: - Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship - Desired Class Level: Currently a junior or senior in college, or a recent graduate - Desired majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Media Communications, or a related field - Start Date: May 11, May 26th or June 22 - End Date: July 31st, Aug 14th, Aug 28th, or Sept 4th - Work with a high degree of integrity and accountability - Results oriented, leveraging data and feedback - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges - Calm and focused during technical issues - Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and documentation - Strong collaboration skills and works well with others - High level of customer service and professionalism - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Possibility for travel within North America, up to 15% Preferred Qualifications: - Basic understanding of audio and video components, signal types, cables, and signal flow Required Skills: Audio/Video technology, AI tools Important Skills: Technical support, Collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer service, Willingness to learn, Process improvement, Results oriented Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability insurance, Flexible spending & health savings account, Employee assistance program, Other company benefits
