Chief Operating Officer - Concord, MA

We are hiring an experienced Chief Operating Officer for a behavioral health and addiction treatment center. This is a full-time leadership role with real impact.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations across clinical, admissions, facilities and support departments
• Own operating budgets, census, length of stay and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with DPH, BSAS, Joint Commission or CARF standards
• Build and lead a strong management team and improve staff retention
• Partner with the CEO and clinical leadership on growth and new programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior operations leadership in behavioral health, addiction treatment or healthcare
• Proven P&L and budget management experience
• Knowledge of licensing, accreditation and payer requirements
• Bachelor degree required; MBA, MHA or related master degree preferred
• Strong, hands-on leader who builds accountable teams

Location: Concord, MA

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 per year + benefits
