They are seeking a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into insights that drive mission decisions and operational improvements, blending analytical rigor with creativity to support leadership decision-making. Responsibilities: - Analyze mission and program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities - Generate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making - Work with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality - Support AI readiness activities by assessing dataset completeness, usability, and patterns - Translate complex findings into clear, mission-relevant insights - Conduct baseline and post-implementation analysis to measure improvement Required Qualifications: - 1 + years of data analytics or quantitative analysis experience - Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools - Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL or scripting languages (Python preferred) - Strong communication and storytelling skills - Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AI solution rollouts or cloud modernization efforts - Familiarity with federal or regulated environments - Knowledge of data governance or metadata management Required Skills: Data analytics, SQL, Excel Important Skills: Power BI, Tableau Nice-to-Have Skills: AI solution experience, Data governance knowledge, Communication skills, Storytelling skills Benefits: Health insurance, Paid leave, Retirement
