<Responsibilities>

• Process and verify Truck Paperwork, bill customers daily, with precision using accounting software QuickBooks and Toro.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger by verifying entries, resolving discrepancies, and preparing accurate journal entries.
• Manage customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving payment issues, and maintaining up-to-date records in systems.
• Conduct thorough account reconciliations and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Support month-end closing activities, processing payments, and ensuring all financial data aligns with company accounting policies.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation, explanations, and ensuring adherence to internal compliance.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in account billing processing within a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency with financial software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing).
• Ability to work with a TMS system.
