We are dedicated to excellence in B2B Marketing and IT services and are seeking a IT Intern to join our IT team. jobDescription Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support for employees (laptop, software, printer) Install, configure and troubleshoot OS, applications and user devices Support user account management (Microsoft 365, internal systems) Assist with device preparation, asset tracking and inventory management Support office IT (WiFi, LAN, meeting room setup) Work with IT team to handle daily operations and ongoing tasks qualifications Have basic English communication skill Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT or related field Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WiFi) Fundamental understanding of IT Helpdesk tasks (OS install, user support, troubleshooting) Familiar with Microsoft 365 is a plus Good communication and problem-solving skills Have basic English communication skill Behaviors: Proactive, willing to learn, and responsible Strong service mindset, supportive attitude Careful and detail-oriented in handling IT tasks Able to work in a team and follow instructions additionalInformation Benefits Competitive monthly allowance during internship: 4,000,000 VND/month Thrive in an environment that values your well-being, 5 days working per week (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) A flat organization (respect, teamwork, flexibility, transparency) Great activities (Team Building, Company Trip…) Hands-on experience in real IT operations Opportunity to learn infrastructure and security basics Career path to Junior IT Helpdesk (based on performance) Collaborate with top talent from around the world (Singapore, Switzerland, England, Germany,...).
