Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and order lunches
- Track shipments bothe domestic and international
- Perform data entry and run reports
- Create and review power point presentations
- Create and edit documents in word

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills including data analysis and presentation
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Familiar with all Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Must have the legal right to reside and work in the United States without visa sponsorship
