They are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Intern to assist with end-of-line testing and manufacturing operations, providing hands-on experience while supporting daily operational needs. Responsibilities: - Assist EOL Technicians with product testing and verification activities - Follow documented work instructions, test procedures, and safety standards - Capture and document test results, defects, and observations accurately - Support troubleshooting of basic test failures under technician guidance - Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions - Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) - Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects - Communicate issues or concerns promptly to the Group Leader or technicians Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing-related program (co-op eligible) - Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude - Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures - Strong attention to detail and quality - Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel preferred) - Willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment - Ability to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed - Adherence to all safety and PPE requirements Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with manufacturing, testing, or lab environments - Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts - Familiarity with basic hand tools or test equipment Required Skills: Mechanical aptitude, Electrical aptitude, Following detailed instructions, Basic computer skills, Excel, Manufacturing testing, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous improvement, Use of hand tools, Use of test equipment
