Summary: Skyryse is focused on revolutionizing flight safety and accessibility with their innovative SkyOS operating system. The Electrical Engineering Intern will work with experienced engineers to design and test electrical components for their flight management solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with other Engineers to design, layout, manufacture and test of custom PCBAs and harnesses - Generation of design and test documentation and processes - Work cross-functionally with other teams across Skyryse to ensure integrated product success - Participate in analysis of current system performance to guide future improvements Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a university pursuing your Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline - Graduating between December 2026 & June 2027 Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in any ECAD program (Altium Preferred) - Previous internship experience or relevant project experience in mixed signal, power, or motor controls - Experience with standard bench test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, etc.) - Coursework in analog/digital circuits, PCBA design and layout, power electronics, and/or motor control electronics are a plus - Experience with PCBA rework and harnessing - Experience in C, Python, or any other widely used programming languages - A strong interest in General Aviation!
