Role Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Senior Short-Form Growth Strategist to architect scalable viral content systems and drive measurable growth for high-value clients.

This role goes far beyond content posting or basic social media management. The ideal candidate will design strategic frameworks for short-form content growth, lead client relationships, and build structured content roadmaps that consistently generate high-performing content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You will work directly with clients to understand their goals, develop 90–180 day growth strategies, and oversee the execution of content systems designed to generate large-scale reach and engagement.

Summary:

The successful candidate will operate as a strategic advisor to clients, designing and managing systems that drive viral content performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-form content growth strategies for clients
• Build structured 90–180 day content roadmaps aligned with growth objectives
• Architect scalable viral content systems and distribution strategies
• Write and refine high-performing short-form scripts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks
• Lead client onboarding calls and weekly strategy meetings
• Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy to maximize reach and engagement
• Guide clients and internal teams on content direction, creative strategy, and growth opportunities
• Identify trends and platform shifts to maintain a competitive growth advantage

Required Experience

Candidates must have:

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in content strategy, growth strategy, or creative strategy
• Direct client-facing experience in an agency or consulting environment
• Experience leading client onboarding and weekly strategy calls
• Proven experience building 90–180 day content strategies or growth roadmaps
• Strong expertise in short-form storytelling, scripting, and viral hooks
• Demonstrated examples of content achieving 1M+ views
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Candidates must be able to show clear proof of performance results.

• Experience working with UGC creators or clipper networks

• Experience building creator amplification systems

Clipping experience is beneficial, but strategic growth expertise is the priority.

This position is not focused on posting content or basic content creation. We are specifically looking for a strategic growth leader, not:

• Junior Social Media Managers
• Canva-based content creators
• TikTok editors or pure video editors
• Influencers or creator-only profiles
• Entry-level agency founders
• Anyone focused solely on editing or posting content

Pay: R28 363,00 - R33 368,00 per month
