Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Account Opening: Guide new clients through opening savings and current accounts with strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Customer Support: Resolve daily service queries regarding account balances, transaction processing, debit cards, and net/mobile banking access.
- Account Maintenance: Update customer records, process documentation, and monitor accounts for routine compliance or suspicious activities.
- Product Guidance & Cross-Selling: Explain account features, fee structures, and introduce secondary products like fixed deposits, UPI linkage, or insurance when relevant.
