Summary: Skechers, a global Fortune 500® company, is seeking a motivated eCommerce Technical Operations Intern for the summer of 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital commerce operations, where the intern will support the eCommerce Development Operations team with daily tasks and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities: - Assist in the daily monitoring of eCommerce platform to ensure system health, performance, and uptime - Help to set up our performance environment to run performance script - Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to build and deploy process - Participate in testing activities for new features, deployments, and platform upgrades - Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles in Confluence Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, eCommerce, or related field - Strong interest in eCommerce, digital operations, and technical problem-solving - Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, data feeds) is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Eagerness to learn and take initiative in solving problems Required Skills: eCommerce, Technical problem-solving Important Skills: Web technologies, Microsoft Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: Eagerness to learn Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
