In this role, the new hire will be focusing on the breadth of activities associated with the origination, asset management and surveillance of commercial real estate mortgage warehouse facilities across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Responsibilities: - Partner with public and private REITs, private equity firms and commercial real estate finance companies providing liquidity to finance the acquisition, refinancing and development of commercial real estate across all asset types - Review client due diligence packages (including client investment memos, third-party reports, market information, sponsor financials, etc.). Manage re-underwriting of assets and evaluation/approval of credit risk - Review monthly property level financial statements and rent rolls, as well as leasing, construction, and servicer reports - Construct Asset Management Reports (AMR’s) and Asset Summary Reports (ASRs), with cash flow models - Perform credit analysis and diligence activities associated with the origination of new warehouse finance facilities Required Qualifications: - Demonstrable interest in real estate - Coursework, co-curricular activities, or experience in commercial real estate - Knowledge of commercial real estate finance and performance metrics - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Proficiency in Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®.
