Summary: SitusAMC is a company focused on transforming client businesses and fostering career growth within the Real Estate Industry. They are seeking an Analyst in Pricing & Analytics to produce valuation analyses and assist in maintaining valuation models and data sets for clients in various asset classes. Responsibilities: - Works with colleagues to produce valuation analyses for clients as needed with a high degree of competency, integrity, and customer service - Assist in the maintenance of valuation models and data sets as needed - Manages and executes certain projects independently - Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience - Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent - Familiarity with Microsoft Office including strong skills in Excel - Basic understanding of relevant financial and fixed-income topics - Strong verbal and written communication skills Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Valuation Models, Financial Analysis, Fixed Income Benefits: Discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval, PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies, All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans
