Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Factory Finance Controller in Dubai, UAE. The role requires an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong exposure to plant finance, manufacturing finance, financial management, inventory control, cost accounting, and plant-level reporting. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience and the financial leadership required to support manufacturing operations, strengthen controls, optimize working capital, and provide actionable financial insights. Key Responsibilities Lead plant-level finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, product costing, overhead allocation, and cost variance analysis. Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, reconciliations, provisions, and inventory-control processes. Analyze manufacturing performance, production costs, margins, working capital, and operational financial KPIs. Develop financial models and management reports to support factory-level planning and decision-making. Partner with production, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and management teams to improve cost visibility and financial performance. Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting, audit, and organizational requirements. Drive accurate ERP-based financial reporting and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement. These responsibilities are consistent with current manufacturing-finance/controller roles in Dubai, where costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, budgeting, ERP reporting, and plant performance management are common responsibilities. Required Skills Plant & Manufacturing Finance — Strong ability to manage financial control and reporting within factory operations. Cost Accounting — Expertise in manufacturing costing, cost allocation, variance analysis, and profitability assessment. Inventory Control — Strong understanding of inventory valuation, reconciliation, stock controls, and working-capital impact. Financial Modelling & Reporting — Ability to translate operational and financial data into forecasts, models, and management insights. ERP & Financial Systems — Strong experience working with ERP-based accounting, costing, inventory, and reporting processes. Preferred Skills Experience in electronics refurbishment or assembly operations. Advanced manufacturing cost and profitability analysis. Cross-functional exposure to production, procurement, supply chain, and operations. Work Experience Requirements The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in plant finance, manufacturing finance, financial management, and inventory control. Experience within manufacturing, electronics refurbishment, assembly operations, or similar production environments is preferred. Senior manufacturing-finance roles commonly involve close collaboration with production and supply-chain functions and responsibility for costing, inventory, reporting, budgeting, and controls.
