Job Description:

Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute manual test cases, identify defects, and document issues with clear and concise descriptions.
Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not introduce new defects.
Evaluate the user experience and interface of our software to ensure it meets user expectations.
Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
Create and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Katalon, Robot Framework is a plus
Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. • Experience in Manual Testing and/or Test Automation.

• Experience with API Testing tools (e.g., Postman), Basic SQL, and Version Control systems (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of Test Case & Test Scenario Design, Test Execution, Defect Reporting, and Regression Testing. • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools. • Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Robot Framework, Python, Java) is a plus. • Experience with Appium (Mobile Test Automation) and JMeter (Performance Testing) is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. • Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency is MANDATORY.
