ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in retail sales with Nordstrom and gained extensive leadership experience managing multiple teams. My background in leadership and customer service helped shape the supportive, relationship-focused culture we’ve built in the office today.

I attended school in Oregon and had the opportunity to study abroad in Japan, which gave me a broader perspective and appreciation for different experiences and people. I’m married with two children, and family is a major priority in my life. Our agency stays involved locally by sponsoring community events throughout the year and building strong relationships within the area we serve.

We offer PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), health benefits, licensing reimbursement, end-of-year bonuses, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We believe in recognizing hard work while creating an environment where people feel supported both personally and professionally.

Our office culture is very team-oriented and close-knit. We enjoy team luncheons, celebrating fun national days together, and creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. I’m looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, and comfortable selling and adapting across different products and conversations. If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow with a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.
