• Work-life balance and schedule flexibility.
• World-class on-demand training and ongoing professional development.
• Competitive commissions, sales bonuses, stock options, and renewals.
• $3,000–$4,000 potential bonus during your first three months.
• Access to Aflac’s full suite of products, financial wellness tools, and telehealth services.

At Aflac, we work directly with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits that provide employees with financial protection and peace of mind when life’s unexpected challenges occur. It’s meaningful work that helps people focus on recovery — not bills — while you build a rewarding career with one of the world’s most ethical and community-minded companies.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions.
• Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging presentations and benefit enrollments in-person and virtually.
• Deliver exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• A confident, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic.
• Prior sales experience a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Our business is about being there for people when they need it most. So, ask yourself — are you the duck? If so, there’s a home — and a flourishing sales career — waiting for you at Aflac.
