Site Engineer at SILVER LAND CONTRACTING LLC in Dubai

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven project engineer to manage and execute residential building projects G +4.

The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality and safety standards. The candidate will coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, procurement and management to ensure smooth execution.

This is a hands on role requiring strong control over site activities planning and coordination.

Scope of Activities:

1. Execute works as per drawing and specifications.

2. Check levels, alignment and measurements.

3. Ensure use of latest drawings.

4. Raise RFIs and follow up.

5. Coordinate daily site activities.

6. Ensure Material and resource availability.

7. Report daily progress and issues.

8. Manage inspections and quality checks.

9. Ensure proper material handling and workmanship.

10. Ensure safety compliance on site.

11. Maintain Site records and documentations.

12. Maintain activity logs.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• site engineer : 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
