The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the operation and maintenance of coating equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. Responsibilities: - Responsible for proper operating and maintenance of coating equipment and operation of the oven, accountable for the quality of his/her duties, under supervision - Services, sets-up, operates, maintains, adjusts, makes changeovers, and wash-up. Performs these duties to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality - Diagnoses mechanical and quality problems. Determines necessary repairs and restores defective equipment to service with minimum amount of spoilage and delays - Maintains reports and records production and changeovers as required and/or directed - Maintains working area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
