We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Supply Chain Optimization Manager – Americas to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will drive the optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes across the Americas region. Your focus will be on improving supply chain planning, OTIF performance, enhancing network efficiency, increasing supply chain transparency, and supporting regional operational excellence initiatives.
To collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams across the region to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and align supply chain operations with strategic business objectives. The role also includes driving continuous improvement projects and supporting the implementation of digital supply chain solutions and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, including S&OP, demand planning, inventory management, distribution, and supply planning
Drive OTIF improvement initiatives and monitor related KPIs to improve the customer experience and supply reliability
Drive supply chain network design and optimization initiatives across the Americas region to improve cost efficiency and service performance
Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to align supply chain strategies and operational priorities
Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and standardized methods to increase transparency and performance visibility
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital supply chain solutions and automation initiatives
Manage and coordinate regional optimization and continuous improvement projects
qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Strong experience in process optimization, supply chain planning, OTIF improvements, and network design
Consulting background or experience in supply chain transformation projects is highly preferred
Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities
Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage
