They are seeking a Contract Specialist Intern to assist in updating contract information, sourcing bid opportunities, and coordinating proposals and quotes with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Updating contract information in SharePoint and global databases, eg. CLMA, network drive to the cloud - Sourcing bid opportunities on various bid websites - Co-ordinating tenders, proposals and quotes with internal stakeholders - Generating quotes, proposals, and service renewals - Validating customer purchase orders to ensure alignment with quotes and/or terms & conditions - Monitoring and ensuring contract terms and conditions are adhered to - Participating in ad-hoc tasks and/or projects as required Required Qualifications: - First/Second year university or college student - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Working knowledge of SharePoint an asset - Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Ability to problem solve effectively and independently - Work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to manage tight and multiple deadlines Required Skills: Microsoft Office, SharePoint Benefits: Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
