Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and referrals.
• Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify property documents.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
• Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 0-4 years of experience in Affordable Housing, Home Finance, Home Loans, HL (Housing Loan), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans or Secured Loans.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing schemes such as CLSS (Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme) and other government initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
