Video Conference Engineer at Shree Sai Pawan Enterprise in Kolkata

Role & responsibilities
• Operate and support Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and other Video Conferencing platforms.
• Ensure meeting rooms are ready prior to scheduled meetings.
• Provide on-site technical support during video conferences.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, camera, microphone, display, and connectivity issues.
• Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of VC and AV equipment.
• Coordinate with the Bank's IT team and OEM support for issue resolution.
• Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and preventive maintenance records.
• Ensure proper functioning of meeting room equipment, including cameras, microphones, touch panels, displays, and network connectivity.
• Provide basic guidance to users on operating video conferencing systems.
• Adhere to the Bank's IT security policies, confidentiality requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Having experience in handling or configuring Video Conference device
