Key Responsibilities

Video Conferencing Operations

• Manage and support daily video conferencing activities across meeting rooms and conference facilities.
• Schedule, initiate, and monitor meetings on platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Google Meet, and other collaboration tools.
• Ensure all audio, video, and content-sharing functionalities are operational before the start of meetings.
• Provide on-site and remote support during executive, management, and customer meetings.

Meeting Room Management

• Conduct daily health checks of conference room equipment.
• Verify proper functioning of cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, codecs, and control panels.
• Coordinate room setup and readiness for board meetings, webinars, training sessions, and hybrid events.
• Maintain conference room inventory and documentation.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to audio, video, network connectivity, and conferencing applications.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex devices, Poly, Logitech, Crestron, and related AV equipment.
• Escalate unresolved issues to OEMs or higher-level technical teams.
• Maintain incident logs and resolution records.

Network & Infrastructure Support

• Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and internet-related issues impacting conferencing services.
• Coordinate with network and system administrators for issue resolution.
• Monitor bandwidth utilization affecting video conferencing performance.

User Support

• Assist users in joining meetings and using collaboration tools effectively.
• Provide executive/VIP support during critical meetings.
• Conduct basic user training on video conferencing platforms.
