Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage electrical maintenance activities in foundry operations, including induction furnaces, moulding lines (HPML/automatic), sand plants, and utilities such as compressors, MTRR, MTBF, RCA, and breakdown.
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Lead a team of electricians to achieve daily targets and goals.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to electricity supply chain management.
