Hiring Interns for Shiprocket Ads
Location: Gurugram (5 Days WFO) 
Internship Period: 3 months 
Monthly Stipend: 12,000 

Design Interns (Video Editor)
JD & Skills:

• Create video & AI generated ad creatives for performance marketing
• Support social media and campaign deliverables
• Assist with motion graphics and creative adaptations
• Working knowledge of design/editing tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro)
• Awareness of AI tools and inclination toward experimentation
• Understanding of basic design principles
• Portfolio preferred (must provide)
  
  Creative Interns AI Video & Content (Ads) 
  JD & Skills:
  
  
• Strong understanding of social media content, hooks, storytelling, scripts and short-form video
• Good video editing skills — pacing, transitions, text, music, visual composition, etc.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Hailuo, Pika, HeyGen, CapCut AI or similar
• Ability to create AI UGC, product videos, reels and performance ad creatives
• Ability to independently develop content ideas, hooks, scripts and video concepts
• Good understanding of different content formats and what works for different audiences
• Curious and comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
• A portfolio/showreel is preferred
• The key requirement is that the candidate should not just know the tools, they should have the creative and content sense to know what to make with them.
