We are hiring for RELATIONSHIP and SALES EXECUTIVE

Hiring: Relationship Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to 27,000 CTC per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sales channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services to customers and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

• Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of sales/relationship/business development experience mandatory
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates based in or willing to work in Lucknow are preferred.
