We have openings for both Domestic and International Customer Service Processes.

Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Kolkata

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates must have excellent and fluent English communication skills, especially for the International Process.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Relevant customer service or BPO experience will be an added advantage.

Salary Details

Domestic Customer Service Process

• CTC: 17,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 12,000 per month

International Customer Service Process

• CTC: 27,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate and effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers through the assigned process.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within the required timelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products or services.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
